No syncing issues here either!

My wife and I have been using this app on our iPhones and iPads for about 2 years now. Add an item and it syncs within seconds on all devices. My wife is in the military and she is overseas right now. Our grocery lists continue to sync. Since we are not together right now, we have made lists per store to be able to separate our lists. Also, my wife set up recipes in the lists and when we need the ingredients for a recipe, we just click on it then per ingredient it asks which store in our list we want to add it to. This app is fantastic. Now if they will just add the Apple Watch to look at the list while in the store......heres wishing!
